Shipping & fulfilment

The October edition — Issue 01 — is created in Haarlem, Netherlands and is posted internationally.

Orders close on 27 September 2026. Orders ship on 30 September 2026.

The shipping cost and the shipping option (tracked or untracked) are confirmed at checkout.

Returns & replacements

If an edition arrives damaged or with the wrong contents, write to hello@catalystmuse.art within 30 days and we will replace it.

Privacy

We collect only what the post requires: your name, your mailing address, and an email address for order updates. Payment is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not run advertising. Your address is used for one thing only: putting paper into your letterbox. You may ask for your details to be deleted at any time by writing to hello@catalystmuse.art.

Terms

The October edition is a one-time purchase of €14, plus shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout. You will not be automatically enrolled into a recurring subscription.

All artwork, letters and paper objects are the work of Catalyst Muse. Buying an edition does not transfer the rights to the artwork or letters.

These terms apply to the October edition and will be updated as the project grows.
